Senior Project Manager
We are working with a leading technology company that delivers critical enterprise software solutions to the healthcare sector. This organisation plays a vital role in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency within complex medical environments through innovative technology.
The Role
Manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise software implementation projects for key healthcare clients. Lead sophisticated projects, deploying mission-critical software solutions into live clinical settings. Drive improvements in project efficiency and effectiveness through process and tool enhancements. Oversee all project management activities from initiation to completion, including risk, resource, and change management. Manage project finances, executive stakeholders, and provide leadership to solution teams. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports, conducting regular project meetings.

What You'll Need
Proven experience delivering enterprise clinical or healthcare software solutions to the NHS from a vendor perspective. Demonstrated success with significant projects (e.g., 1-3 years duration, €1-2M+ budgets, multiple trusts). Expertise in delivering clinical applications such as PACS, RIS, EPR, EHR, PAS, LIMS, LIS, ePMA. PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification is essential. Strong leadership capabilities in matrix environments, both internal and external. Exceptional skills in client, stakeholder, and contractual management, including executive reporting.
