A well-established construction consultancy based in SE1 are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
You'll be part of a close-knit, high-performing group delivering private-sector projects across the commercial and Leisure sectors. A company born from a successful group of directors and offering strong career progression and a collaborative working environment.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple projects, leading delivery teams and liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in commercial construction and a desire to step into a leadership position.

Whilst there are a number of projects in the pipeline, there is a specific requirement for the successful candidate to work on an ongoing Theme Park project (site 2 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial / Leisure construction projects
- Lead and support a team of Project Managers
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience managing construction projects, ideally in the commercial sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- MRICS / MCIOB / RIBA qualification preferred, but not essential
- Commercial fit-out experience in the UK
