The Opportunity

As part of our continued growth in Wales, we are seeking a Senior – Project Management with experience in delivering advanced technology facilities and data centre programmes, alongside broader infrastructure and built environment sectors.

This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and play a key role in delivering complex, cutting-edge projects across the region.

Your role

  • Provide strategic leadership and delivery of project management services across advanced technology/data centre schemes and related sectors.
  • Act as a senior client interface, building trusted relationships with key regional and national clients.
  • Support the growth and development of the Wales business, including team expansion and capability building.
  • Lead and contribute to winning work, including bids, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Take ownership of major projects and key accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and regions to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
  • Promote and enhance the AtkinsRéalis Project Management brand in the marketplace.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance within the team.
  • Mentor, coach and support colleagues, contributing to a strong and engaged team culture.
  • Monitor workload and resources to support efficient and effective project delivery.

About You

You will bring:

  • Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent professional qualification).
  • Strong experience delivering complex, high-value projects, ideally including advanced technology or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a senior level.
  • Experience in pre- and post-contract project delivery and commercial management.
  • A strong understanding of the Welsh and wider UK construction market.
  • A track record in winning work and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic awareness and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
