Job requirements

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with defined benefit pensions expertise to join our growing team. You’ll lead complex, client-facing projects across pensions administration and consulting—covering areas such as implementations, GMP, de-risking, and the Pensions Dashboard.

This is a UK-based, hybrid role aligned to any Aptia office.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver large, complex projects end-to-end, on time and within budget
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple third parties and project dependencies
  • Lead governance, planning, risk management, and reporting
  • Support project team delivery and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

  • Strong pensions experience (DB focus essential)
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Organised, adaptable, and commercially aware
