This London based Housing Association is hiring for a Senior Project Manager to lead some of its most complex change programmes. This role is about shaping, delivering and embedding business and technology change that will transform how the organisation operates.
You'll lead matrix project teams across the business, working with technical teams, operational leaders and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes while creating the right environment for change to stick.

Your key focus as Senior Project Manager will be to:
- Deliver complex end-to-end business and technology change projects.
- Lead matrix teams, suppliers and stakeholders to successful delivery.
- Own project governance, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Drive business readiness and ensure change is adopted and embedded.
- Provide assurance and clear direction to senior stakeholders throughout delivery.
To be a great fit as Senior Project Manager, you'll have:
- Extensive experience delivering complex end-to-end change projects.
- A background leading business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing matrix project teams across complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, from operational teams through to executive leadership.
- A calm, credible approach with the ability to influence, problem solve and drive projects to successful outcomes.

This is a London based hybrid role with two days a week in the office.
The salary on offer is £70,000 with some great benefits.
