Lead large‑scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives with AI‑driven capabilities. Work with enterprise clients to modernise IT service management platforms. Collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. The Role As a Project Manager – ServiceNow Now Assist (ITSM), you will lead end‑to‑end implementation of ServiceNow Now Assist solutions within enterprise ITSM environments. You will be responsible for delivering complex transformation programmes, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful deployment of AI‑enabled ServiceNow capabilities aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities: Leading end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow Now Assist (ITSM) implementation projects aligned to business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Managing project scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and geographies. Driving implementation of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. Coordinating with ServiceNow developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful design and deployment. Overseeing integration of AI‑driven capabilities within ITSM processes to enhance automation and efficiency. Ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and enterprise governance standards. Leading governance forums, executive updates, and steering committees. Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and delivery challenges proactively. Overseeing testing, quality assurance, and successful deployment of solutions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives post‑implementation. Acting as the primary point of contact for all project‑related activities. Defining project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Facilitating workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions. Supporting change management initiatives and ensuring high levels of user adoption. Managing vendor or partner relationships where applicable. Ensuring compliance with organisational, security, and regulatory standards.

Your Profile Strong experience managing complex ServiceNow implementation projects in enterprise environments. Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks, ideally ITIL. Experience delivering transformation programmes involving automation or AI‑driven capabilities. Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience working in Agile, fast‑paced, and matrixed delivery environments.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS‑ITSM, or Implementation Specialist. Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI, or automation capabilities. Experience within regulated industries such as financial services.
