Senior Project Manager – Hotel / Office / Retail Projects

About the Role
This mid-sized, independent project management consultancy has experienced consistent growth since its formation, increasing its market share and building an impressive client base comprising private investors and developers in central London.
With a focus on ongoing growth, the team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage a mix of high-end projects across three key sectors: hotel, office, and retail, with contract values ranging from £2m to £80m.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience:
- 4+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Delivered private sector projects under JCT contract
- Experience in new build or CAT A projects
- Professional Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience
