Market Expansion Senior Project Manager | Insurance Transformation & Strategic Growth
I'm currently partnering with a leading global insurer to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join a growing transformation team delivering some of the organisation's highest-profile strategic initiatives.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth through market expansion and new product launches in new locations. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver change across business, technology, operations, compliance and regulatory functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of strategic market expansion and business transformation programmes.
- Drive the successful launch of new insurance products and support entry into a new location.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, compliance and regulatory functions to deliver complex change.
- Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies and implementation activities from initiation through to delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Support the development of new operating models, business capabilities and organisational change initiatives.

Requirements:

- A strong track record delivering complex business transformation programmes in market expansion, new product launches or strategic growth initiatives.
- Insurance sector experience - Essential.
- London Market or Specialty insurance experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across a matrix organisation.
