Market Expansion Senior Project Manager | Insurance Transformation & Strategic Growth

I'm currently partnering with a leading global insurer to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join a growing transformation team delivering some of the organisation's highest-profile strategic initiatives.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth through market expansion and new product launches in new locations. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver change across business, technology, operations, compliance and regulatory functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic market expansion and business transformation programmes.
  • Drive the successful launch of new insurance products and support entry into a new location.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, compliance and regulatory functions to deliver complex change.
  • Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies and implementation activities from initiation through to delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
  • Support the development of new operating models, business capabilities and organisational change initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
