£90,000–£100,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus + Package
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join one of the UK's leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractors, delivering major energy and substation projects across the Clyde Framework.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading the successful delivery of large-scale multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll lead project teams, manage commercial performance, build strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

This role is ideal for an established Senior Project Manager with a strong background in energy, utilities or substation construction who is looking to lead nationally significant infrastructure projects within a collaborative and highly respected business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major energy and substation infrastructure projects.
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage programme, budget, commercial performance and project risk.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Oversee NEC contract administration and project reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within construction, infrastructure or engineering.
- Essential experience delivering energy, utilities or substation projects.
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract experience.
- Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or major infrastructure contractor.
- Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree qualified (or equivalent).
- CSCS Card. xlqdzyr
- Chartered status (ICE, CIOB, APM or equivalent) desirable.
Package
- £90,000–£100,000 basic salary
- £6,000 car allowance or company car
- 15% annual bonus
