What you will be doing
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex IT and business transformation programmes? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can influence strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful change?
At Ricoh Europe, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Group IT PMO. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale strategic initiatives across digital transformation, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business change programmes.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading projects from concept through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll:
- Lead large-scale business and digital transformation programmes across Europe.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement, PMO best practice and knowledge sharing.
- Coach and mentor project teams while promoting Agile ways of working.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and align with strategic objectives.
You will ideally have
We're seeking an experienced project professional who combines technical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2 and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing business transformation, infrastructure and application projects.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholders at executive level.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align projects to business outcomes.
Qualifications
You'll bring:
- A degree (or equivalent experience).
- Professional Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM, SAFe or Agile.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow and other project management tools.
