About the Role

The Project Management team, comprising 20 members, is integral to delivering exceptional work across the whole agency. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is not merely a "manager", but a collaborator who enjoys learning, developing, and contributing to projects and teams. Your ability to adapt to varied project types—from integrated campaign production to platform development—while tailoring methods and ways of working to suit specific needs will be key.

You’ll work closely with Project Directors and the leadership team to ensure high industry standards are maintained, enabling the delivery of world-class work.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile, exciting digital projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines.
• Developing and maintaining work plans, timelines, and budget estimates, ensuring efficient execution against defined processes.
• Facilitating collaboration across technical, design, creative, and strategic teams to execute projects aligned with client vision and specifications.
• Writing and maintaining project documentation, including:
  • Statements of Work
  • Project plans
  • Risk registers
  • Burn reports
• Managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Providing regular status updates to both clients and internal teams.
• Guaranteeing projects meet or exceed budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin targets.
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Co-ordinating with the Ops Team to allocate and manage resources effectively.
