Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and digital transformation programs within large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional global teams, driving large-scale technology implementations, overseeing governance and financial management, and leading strategic initiatives across banking and regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and technology transformation programs.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate global teams of up to 30+ resources across multiple locations and functions.
- Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Lead system implementations, platform upgrades, cloud migrations, application transformations, and data migration initiatives.
- Work closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPI reporting, controls monitoring, and executive-level status reporting.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, TOM design, and solution validation activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers.
- Support change management, training, adoption, and organizational transformation initiatives.
