Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Hotels

Location: Central London

Package: Excellent Salary + Bonus + Benefits

PSD Group has been retained to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a leading international lifestyle hospitality brand.

This is a newly created position within a design-led, rapidly expanding hotel business backed by a major global investor. The organisation has an ambitious pipeline of hotel refurbishments, repositioning projects and new acquisitions across the UK and Europe, making this a pivotal appointment within its Development team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will take ownership of multiple high-value capital projects across an operational hotel portfolio, leading projects from feasibility and concept design through to completion and operational handover.

This is a highly autonomous role requiring an experienced project professional who can manage complex refurbishment programmes while working closely with internal stakeholders, hotel operations, consultants and contractors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
