Senior Project Manager
Opportunity Overview
We're supporting a key project in Bradford and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an Energy Centre and District Heating scheme. This is a fast-paced contract role with strong potential for extension, offering the opportunity to play a critical role in a low-carbon infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the programme to ensure delivery milestones are achieved
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors across site activities
- Work closely with design teams to close out outstanding actions
- Collaborate with the Commissioning Manager to ensure commissioning programme targets are met
- Maintain a strong on-site presence, providing leadership and oversight

What We're Looking For
Prospective candidates should have:
- ✅ Proven experience delivering energy centre and/or district heating projects
- ✅ Strong background in utilities, infrastructure, or construction
- ✅ Experience managing contracts (NEC preferred)
- ✅ Hands-on leader with strong coordination and delivery focus
- ✅ Ability to mobilise quickly and operate on-site in a fast-paced environment
