About Us
Iris is a global integrated agency driven by one simple philosophy: Participate or Perish. We create ideas that earn attention and inspire people to interact with brands in meaningful ways. Working with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, we combine strategy, creativity, technology, and media to deliver impactful campaigns.
Overview
Join Iris as a Senior Integrated Project Manager stepping into a pivotal role within the Iris delivery team, shaping how we execute a huge array of projects and campaigns for high-profile B2C and B2B clients across a diverse range of sectors, while working alongside passionate, multi-disciplinary talent across all areas of the business from strategy to creative to our in-house team of makers, Wild Boar Studios.
Alongside the Client/Business Lead and where relevant Lead Producer, you will be expected to lead on scoping, ways of working, and delivering excellence across a portfolio of clients. You will need to bring rigorous commercial acumen and operational discipline to every project, while also exploring innovation, including AI-driven tools, to drive smarter, faster, and better outputs.
You’ll also be part of a vibrant culture, contributing to both the growth of your client portfolio and the broader success of Iris.
Responsibilities
- Working with the Client/Business Lead to ensure client work is accurately scoped to reflect the effort involved and the value being delivered.
- Managing work through the system with rigour and clarity – setting clear expectations around timings and outputs, proactively identifying risks, and doing everything possible to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinating resources across all Iris departments including Strategy, Creative, Design, Producers and our in-house team of makers, Wild Boar Studios.
- Working with the Commercial team to ensure all projects are priced accurately and profitably, owning the numbers from initial scoping through to final delivery, and ensuring all key financial details are tracked and reported as required.
- Exploring industry innovation, looking at how AI tooling can help with ways of working, enhancing ideas and producing final outputs.
- Guiding client stakeholders through production strategy, timelines, risk and feasibility with confidence, empathy and credibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
