Regional Project Manager – Client-side
Location: Flexible (based in the North West region, with travel required 4 days a week for site visits between Birmingham and Newcastle)
Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 (basic) + Corporate Package Position Type: Permanent
The Opportunity
The Resolute Group has partnered with a premier national client controlling over 400 UK assets and an extensive, high-value Northern property portfolio.
You will work directly for the asset owner, overseeing live projects across their portfolio—including re-fits, EV charging installations, refurbishments, and site fit-outs—contractor coordination is key.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing low-to-medium projects (budget range: £10k – £5m), with sites across North East, North West, and Midlands.
- Project delivery oversight: on time, on budget, with risk identification and reporting.
- Strong supply chain relationships—actively solving issues rather than escalating.
- Admin remains just 1 day per week (from home or office).

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Develop risk management strategies.
- Define milestone tracking with continual contractor coordination.
- Report deviations/interventions (unlets delays stop bleed).
Operational Execution
- idespread geographic oversight: Newcastle → Liverpool → Birmingham planners required.
- High autonomy in scheduling weekly visits. Bed-scale close-in stays expected when required.
Stakeholder Governance
- Engage internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, ensuring aligned objectives.
- Professional women to executive boards: project progress updates; RAMS (Risk, Assessments, Method Statements) submissions.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven career route: project management background as a client-side leader.
- Client-side scope: on-site monitoring of fit-out/renovation projects.
- No strictly "sector-specific" requirement (other than site built infrastructure).
- Public sector, private HMO portfolios, or heavy infrastructure tyetable.
- Degree-level qualification as a minimum benchmark.
- UK driving license mandatory (ிற்க vehicle for unlike visits/fuelsjases.
- UK eligibility unrestricted to live/work).
