About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Glasgow office, where you will:
- Lead dynamic projects for a preerstigious Client
- Ensure projects meet deadlines while exceeding quality standards
- Manage complex challenges and align with detailed specifications to meet client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely, successful project delivery
As part of a supportive national team, you’ll receive training, guidance, and clear career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed agreed protocols and lead all aspects of design management for consistency, compliance, and best practice
- Administer NEC contracts effectively, meeting contractual obligations and managing risks
- Monitor and report on project performance, taking a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Deliver projects on-time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering skill development

Skills & Requirements
Preferences & Qualifications
- Proven Project Manager experience in AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction)
- Qualifications or membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM)
- Strong contractual knowledge, especially with NEC formats
- Excellent client-facing communication (report writing, presentations)
- Experience in a consultancy environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD)
- Chartered status, or working toward Chartership
- SC-level Security Clearance (UK SNA, British Citizen) or eligibility
