Join Our Team as a Senior Project Manager – Operational Resilience!
Are you ready to make a difference in the fast-paced world of investment banking? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead our Operational Resilience initiatives! This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial institution located in London. Contract Details:
- Length: 6 Months + extension
- Rate: Highly competitive
- Working Pattern: 2-3 days per week in the office, via Umbrella company
Previous experience with Operational / Governance resilience within the financial sector is a must
Your Mission:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead projects aimed at strengthening our operational resilience framework. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating challenges and ensuring our systems remain robust and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver strategic operational resilience projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop proactive strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices.
- Communicate project updates and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in project management within the investment banking sector.
- Strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus!
