The current range of projects are concentrated across New Build Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Office and Later Living.
Located in London's West End, the office has a great collaborative culture between teams and there is a great social side to the Team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading schemes and supporting more junior staff with their development.
- Managing projects with construction value of £10 million+.
- Reporting to the Senior Directors of the Team.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- UK experience under JCT Contract with experience at both pre-construction and delivery phases carrying out the role of Employers Agent / Contract Administrator.
- Appropriate Degree – Engineering, Surveying, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture.
- Chartered via RICS, APM, CIOB, or other Industry equivalent.
- Direct experience working for a Project Management Consultancy or Developer.
- Previous project experience in the private sector (Desirable - Resi & Commercial).
