Senior Project Manager London / WFH

to £85k

Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading complex, high-profile business change programmes across multiple disciplines?

You could be progressing your career at a global consultancy where you'll deliver a diverse portfolio of strategic projects for leading clients, taking ownership from inception through to successful delivery.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead a broad range of business-critical initiatives, including:

  • M&A integration
  • Technology implementations
  • Compliance and regulatory programmes
  • Marketing and customer initiatives
  • Operational transformation
  • New market launches
  • Organisational change

You'll take full ownership of the project lifecycle, defining scope, managing budgets, timelines and risks, coordinating cross-functional teams and third party vendors and ensuring successful delivery against strategic business objectives. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you'll balance competing priorities, provide clear governance and reporting and drive projects through to successful implementation and benefits realisation.

This is a varied role where no two projects are the same, offering the opportunity to influence strategic business decisions while delivering impactful change across multiple business functions.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering complex business and technology change projects
  • Experience leading programmes across areas such as M&A, compliance, marketing, operational transformation or technology
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets, risks and third party suppliers
  • Excellent planning, communication and leadership skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and drive decisions

Location / WFH

  • Join a friendly and sociable team in the London office two days a week
  • Flexibility to work from home the other three days
  • Core hours 1000-1600

About You

  • Experience delivering medium to large, complex technology or business transformation projects
  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of managing cross functional teams, 3rd party suppliers and multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable working with senior business and technical stakeholders, including steering committees
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Commercially minded with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Comfortable working with gaming and gambling companies
