Role: Senior Project Manager, Renewable Energy Delivery
Location: London
Working arrangement: 3 days office (Central London), 2 days WFH
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
Overview:
This is a commercial project management role, you're not just delivering to a spec and moving on, you're owning the client relationship end to end, from feasibility right through to asset management, spotting opportunities to grow the account along the way.
The Company:
An established renewable energy business helping organisations deliver solar, battery storage and low carbon infrastructure projects is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their delivery team.
The Role:
You'll run renewable energy projects from procurement through to practical completion, solar PV, BESS and EV charging schemes for real commercial clients.
Alongside that, you'll own a set of key client accounts end to end, from feasibility through to asset management, so you're the one they call when something needs sorting. Expect a mix of contract admin, commercial thinking, and enough business development instinct to spot when there's more work to be won within an account.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
