About the Opportunity:
We're partnering with a well established property and construction consultancy that's expanding its occupier fit out team in London. They work with major corporate clients across financial services and other sectors, delivering high quality fit out projects from initial concept through to completion. This is a permanent role for a Senior Project Manager who wants to work on varied, fast paced projects while being part of a collaborative, growing team with a strong reputation in this space.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives and success criteria in consultation with clients and stakeholders
- Manage CAT A and CAT B fit out projects from planning through to handover
- Oversee budgets, programme and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and follow-on business
- Coordinate the wider project team, including consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Report on progress regularly and manage any issues or risks as they arise

Skills/Experience:
- Senior Project Manager experience gained within a consultancy setting, ideally with fit out exposure
- Strong background delivering CAT A/B office fit out projects, ideally for corporate or financial services clients
- Relevant professional qualification, e.g. MRICS, APM (PMQ/ChPP), CIOB or PRINCE2
- Comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels, from project teams through to senior client sponsors
