Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Land Acquisition & Infrastructure (EMEA)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex data centre land acquisition and infrastructure projects across multiple regions in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). The role involves site selection, due diligence, utility coordination, permitting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver large-scale data centre developments from acquisition through to infrastructure readiness.

You will collaborate with internal client teams, developers, landowners, utility providers, consultants, and government authorities, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex land acquisition and site selection projects for data centre developments.
  • Manage relationships with developers, landowners, utility providers, consultants, and public authorities.
  • Oversee technical, commercial, legal, and utility due diligence activities.
  • Coordinate permitting, planning, and infrastructure delivery programmes.
  • Drive utility engagement strategies, including power and water coordination.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, reporting, budgets, and governance processes.
  • Lead negotiations for Statements of Work (SOWs), consultant agreements, and infrastructure-related contracts.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure project documentation integrity, compliance, and data security.
  • Mentor junior team members and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
