The project: Our Mobility team is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in West London. Supporting the DCO function you will act as Project Manager covering all project management activities to enable risk reduction in relation to management of time, cost, and scope which in several areas has been secondary to technical delivery and needs to be prioritised to increase confidence in achieving future DCO milestones.
Note: The candidate should be able to work on-site three days per week in West London.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the full project lifecycle delivery of DCO deliverables and all associated time, cost, quality, and scope for a single DCO function.
- Consistently feed into the overarching DCO Supply Partner Management team who are responsible for the management, maintenance, and reporting of DCO time, cost, and scope.
- Supporting the functional Head in the execution of the Route to Purchase Order, route to Change, and Route to MPR processes. This includes executing the process and driving a culture within the function which understands and supports process execution.
- Supporting the functional Head in the liaison with the DCO Production Management team and the updating of their deliverable’s tracker.
- Supporting the functional Head in the production and maintenance of functional plans on a page.
- Supporting the functional Head in the liaison with Project Planners and therefore the updating and maintenance of the DCO P6 schedule.
- Supporting the functional Head in the identification and management of risks and issues.

You’ll Need To Have
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the infrastructure sector.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
