We're partnering with a globally renowned architecture and interior design studio that has recently expanded from New York to London, opening a brand-new studio in Knightsbridge.
Known for delivering some of the world's most exceptional bespoke luxury residences, they're now looking to welcome an experienced Senior Project Manager / Designer to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion, combining strong technical expertise with excellent project management and client-facing skills.
Package & Perks
- Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE
- Hybrid working – 2 days WFH
- Travel opportunities to New York

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of luxury residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Design bespoke interior architecture, joinery and architectural detailing.
- Produce detailed AutoCAD drawing packages for contractors and specialist joiners.
- Manage on-site activity, coordinating contractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Lead Contract Administration (CA) throughout project delivery.
- Organise project schedules, documentation and vendor coordination across multiple live projects.
- Source luxury materials, finishes and FF&E to support the overall design vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors while confidently representing the studio throughout each project.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior interior architecture or project design role within high-end residential.
- Excellent technical knowledge with strong detailing and construction expertise.
- Extensive site experience managing projects through construction and installation.
- Highly organised with exceptional project management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Confident, polished and professional in client-facing environments.
