Senior Project Manager – DevSecOps / Repository Migration
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic repository migration programme. This role will focus on the migration of source code repositories and associated tooling, requiring close collaboration with engineering, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end repository migration projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration of code repositories, pipelines, and related tooling.
- Drive governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure migration activities align with DevSecOps best practices.

Required Experience
- Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology transformation programmes.
- Good working knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience managing repository-to-repository migrations, ideally involving AWS CodeCommit to GitHub.
- Familiarity with repository management platforms, source control processes, and migration strategies.
- Exposure to JFrog/Artifactory and Jenkins would be highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills.
