Morson is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK infrastructure organisation delivering major capital projects across a long-term framework within the North West.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager

To lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. This is a leadership role, managing Project Managers, engaging with key stakeholders and supply chain partners, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone who has delivered projects within regulated utility frameworks involving clean water and wastewater infrastructure programmes.

  • Identifying project risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supply chain partners.
  • Managing commercial inputs, change control and contractor performance.
  • Ensuring robust project governance, quality assurance and HSEQ compliance.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Undertaking site visits, attending leadership meetings and providing technical and commercial direction where required.
  • Supporting commercial close out and final account activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
