Senior Project Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy Technology (Full-Time, Permanent)

About Noriker Power

Noriker Power is a leading renewable energy technology integrator, specialising in flexible power solutions that support the UK and Ireland’s transition to a green grid. Pioneers in commercial, grid-scale battery projects, we navigate complex markets and regulatory landscapes while fostering a collaborative high-performance culture. Our team is encouraged to take ownership, innovate, and shape our company’s future.

About the Role

We are seeking a mature, motivated, and highly capable Senior Project Manager to drive our most critical engineering and project initiatives. With a strong work ethic, absolute integrity, and a collaborative approach, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the engineering solutions for a cleaner future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex infrastructural energy projects across the full project lifecycle—from rights development, through construction, to commissioning.
  • Oversee multiple high-impact projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-standard delivery, while taking full accountability for operational performance.
  • Maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships, ensuring optimal project and commercial outcomes.
  • Drive commercial and business performance, providing insights for project design, safety processes, monitoring, and control systems.
  • Hold primary responsibility for Key Contract performance.
  • Manage supplier and customer contracting, including commercial contract reviews and close coordination with legal advisors.
  • Adise and influence senior leadership on project risk, resource allocation, and operational strategy.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and programme risks before they impact delivery timelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
