Senior Project Manager (Epilepsy) – Neuroscience Team

Premier Research is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Neuroscience team, supporting biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies in transforming innovative ideas and scientific breakthroughs into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful management and coordination of all members of the global project team, including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery
- Verify adherence to project budget, scope, and profitability goals
- Guarantee all project tasks are completed in accordance with:
- Project plans
- Premier Research processes, policies, and procedures
- Standard best practices
- Act as the primary liaison between Premier Research and clients for assigned projects, including:
- Chairing project team meetings and teleconferences
- Leading proposal development and presentation activities in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership
- Cultivate strong client relationships to generate new and/or add-on business for future opportunities.

Essential Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combines of education and experience
- Experience:
- 5+ years of Project Management in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma environment
- Proficiency in budgeting, finance, and cost management at the project level
- Experience managing complex trials across multiple phases and project lifecycles
- Strong background in Psychedelics, MDD (Major Depressive Disorder), and Epilepsy therapeutic areas
- Global project management expertise preferred
- Deep knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas and protocol complexities
