Senior Project Manager (ERP & CRM)
- Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 + bonus, private medical, life insurance, 25 days holiday (option to buy up to 6 additional days) and more
- Location: Home-based with ad hoc travel to client sites

Working for an established consultancy, you'll be responsible for delivering large and complex ERP and CRM programmes, typically valued up to £8m. You'll own the successful delivery of multiple projects for a portfolio of clients, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This is a role for someone with a consulting background who is comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology transformations from discovery through to successful delivery.

What will you be doing day to day?
- Leading the delivery of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM implementation and transformation programmes, typically up to £8m
- Managing multiple client projects, ensuring successful delivery against scope, budget and timescales
- Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and acting as a trusted delivery partner
- Leading multidisciplinary delivery teams, removing risks and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Overseeing project governance, reporting, commercial performance and quality of delivery
- Working closely with technical, functional and business teams to ensure successful programme outcomes

What experience and skills do you need?
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP and/or CRM implementation programmes within a consultancy environment
- Experience managing projects valued up to £8m with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- A strong background delivering enterprise transformation projects from initiation through to go-live
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at executive level
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, risks and governance
- Delivery experience using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
- Professional project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMP or Agile certifications are desirable
This role is home-based with occasional travel to client sites as required.
