The role As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of internal projects that improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, your responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with time, scope, and budget
- Acting as the central point of coordination, managing priorities and embedding best practice project management standards
- Working flexibly, including the ability to travel to company sites as required
Key responsibilities:
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Establishing and maintaining project plans, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Monitoring progress and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and approvals
- Providing clear, accurate, and timely updates on project performance
- Identifying systems and process improvement opportunities
- Standardising project delivery through continuous improvement of methodologies
- Working collaboratively across teams, tailoring priorities to changing business needs
- Contributing to the development of a scalable, high-performing project delivery function

What we are looking for
- Proven experience delivering projects in a project management role
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience with internal or operational improvement initiatives
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability, including readiness to travel to multiple sites
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working with autonomy
