Senior Project Manager - Leeds - England

Location: Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week at the Airedale hospital “Securing the Future” Programme Office

About This Opportunity

An opportunity to join the Gleeds programme and project management team delivering a major programme of work at Airedale Hospital.

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust's "Securing the Future" transformation programme focuses on rebuilding Airedale Hospital to replace its 1960s concrete structure with a sustainable, "state-of-the-art" facility. The key objectives include enhancing patient care, achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040, and creating an integrated, digitally advanced healthcare environment. In May 2023, Airedale was confirmed as one of the schemes within the Government’s New Hospital Programme, as part of the commitment to eradicate RAAC from the NHS estate by 2035. The Airedale redevelopment is designated as a full replacement hospital scheme, representing a major capital investment to provide a modern, flexible, and digitally enabled facility on the existing site.

If you have proven healthcare experience, with NEC accreditation and you want to be involved in the exciting programme of works that will transform healthcare delivery to the people in the region we want to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
