Senior Project Manager
Location: London – remote working available (with occasional office travel)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible arrangements welcomed)

About the Role

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will centre on delivering world-class projects within the Major Projects team. Key tasks include:
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead and inspirate a diverse team; develop talent and cultivate an inclusive work environment
- Build strong, collaborative client relationships aligned to project success

End-to-End Project Governance
- Create and implement project plans focused on quality, efficiency, and deliverability
- Proactively mitigate risks at every stage to safeguard project outcomes

Resource & Financial Stewardship
- Oversee project budgets with precision, optimising costs without compromising standards
Requirements
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
✔ Proven success delivering high-stakes parliamentary/major projects (track record essential) ✔ Expertise in managing complex client relationships and diverse stakeholders ✔ Strong team leadership skills, with experience fostering psychologically safe, inclusive workspaces ✔ Technically competent in structurally/complex environments (e.g., heritage, civic, infrastructure projects) ✔ Exceptional communication & problem-solving under ambiguity
