They Are Looking for a Senior Project Manager
They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their project delivery team to own the end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects, with accountability for client satisfaction, financial performance, and on-time, on-budget completion. You will manage a varied portfolio spanning digital learning, live events, and platform-based programmes, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and production teams alike. You will be trusted to run projects independently, keep stakeholders informed, protect margins, and ensure every project lands well, both creatively and commercially.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Defining the project approach and adopt appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
- Preparing and maintaining project workbooks, including project plan, status report, backlog, risk log, and stakeholder maps.
- Effectively managing risks, change controls, and expectations of key project stakeholders as appropriate.
- Tracking activities against the project schedule ensuring quality assessments and sprint reviews occur as per the plan.
- Closely managing budgets to deliver or exceed the project forecast margin. This includes ensuring estimates are on Paprika appropriately, monitoring resources and time spent, external spend, quality, and taking action where these exceed agreed tolerances.
- Building trusted client relationships from brief to delivery and staying ahead of problems before they land on someone's desk.
- Managing budgets to hit or beat the forecast margin, with tight control on scope and spend.
- Running live and hybrid events end to end, from run-of-show planning to the post-event debrief.
- Overseeing content on learning platforms and CMS tools, working closely with clients and Developers.
- Giving clear, regular updates to stakeholders and keeping project documentation current.
- Project Timelines, Budget, Stakeholder management, and growth.

What You Will Bring
- Project management experience in a creative, events, or learning environment – minimum 5 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Certification in PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
- Proven track record of leading successful medium-large projects.
- Sharp commercial awareness – budgets, margin, scope control.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, drive, and resilience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software and tools.
