We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to join us at mccglc, a creative agency based in Shoreditch, London.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager role is an essential one within mccglc, leading the way in managing and delivering innovative exhibition projects. The successful candidate will have a positive approach to challenges, be self-motivated, multi-tasking, process-driven, and have a passion for excellence.

Your Job Role and Responsibilities

The lead role of project management for exhibition builds and installations from concept to handling all aspects of on-site supervision, primarily within the technology industry.   • Budget creation and management.
  • Timeline creation and management.
  • Manage resources, including personnel, vendors, and budgets.
  • Being the client and supplier’s main point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
  • The ability to accurately brief and inspire excellent creative work from the creative department.
  • Management of junior colleagues to deliver projects (although not direct line management).

You will report directly to the Head of Project Management, ensuring that they are kept fully informed of progress on each project.

Your Key Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in a production/project management role in a creative agency delivering exhibition booths, technology industry experience is essential.
  • Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Experience liaising with multiple suppliers (construction, AV, and content) to ensure seamless communication and planning.
  • Excellent personnel and time management skills.
  • Experience working with budgets from $500,000+.
  • Experience using Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office, and time management/budget software (such as Procim).
  • An understanding of organizer and utility requirements during an exhibition build.
  • Cool-headed and able to work effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines and inspire others to do so.
  • High-level experience in client-facing situations and the ability to interpret their needs.
  • Strong solution-focused approach to projects.
  • The ability to problem-solve and predict challenges with assigned tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK.
