Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – Luxury Hotel Portfolio

Reference – RJ 11105 London | £70,000–£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Capstone Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious privately owned international hotel group to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Design & Projects team in London.

With a collection of luxury hotels across the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, and South Africa, the business has embarked on an exciting long-term investment programme, reinvesting annually across its portfolio. Following a strategic review of its property function, this newly created position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of one of hospitality’s most respected brands.

Working closely with the Property & Design Director, you will lead a varied programme of refurbishment and development projects across the portfolio. Projects range from full restaurant renovations and bedroom refurbishments through to wider capital improvement programmes, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic CapEx planning. This is a client-side role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence long-term asset investment decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
