Regional Project Manager – Client-side

Location: Flexible (Able to live anywhere in the North East and North West region)

(Travel is required 4 days a week for site visits, with 1 day for admin and home working, Sites based between Manchester, Birmingham and Newcastle)

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 basic + All Travel Costs

Position Type: Permanent

The Opportunity

The Resolute Group has partnered with a premier national client managing over 400 UK assets and an extensive, high-value Northern property portfolio. Working directly for the asset owner, you will oversee the live projects being undertaken on their Assets. Overseeing the contractors delivering various minor construction projects on site, from re-fits, EV charging and refurbishments to the premises.

Managing multiple, low-value (£10k - £5m) projects, based across the North East, North West and Midlands regions. This could be as basic as kitchen fit-outs, Toilet refurbishments, new lighting, roof replacements and fit-out-led projects.

You will be expected to lead on the projects as the client, ensuring the projects are being delivered on time, against budget with all associated risk being identified and reported. You will be expected to manage multiple sites across a wide geographical area. Building open relationships with your supply chain to allow collaboration and providing solutions to problems, not just passing them on in a report.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
