Senior Project Manager - IAM/PAM - Hybrid
Senior Project Manager
Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
Position Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
About the Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and technology transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate global teams of up to 30+ resources across multiple locations and functions.
- Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Oversee:
- System implementations
- Platform upgrades
- Cloud migrations
- Application transformations
- Data migration initiatives
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPI reporting, controls monitoring, and executive-level status reporting.
- Facilitate:
- Requirements gathering
- Process mapping
- Target Operating Model (TOM) design
- Solution validation activities
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers.
- Support:
- Change management
- Training
- Adoption
- Organizational transformation initiatives
