Job opportunity for Senior Project Manager based in London, UK - Remote - Contract

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Infrastructure and Information Security initiatives in a highly regulated enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope while ensuring compliance with governance, security, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills and be capable of operating complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business, IT, vendors, and executive stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to PMO processes, security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational procedures
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective decision-making
  • Manage project change control and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes

Mandatory Requirements

  • Good experience in Project tools, processes, security standards, and project management frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise Infrastructure and/or Information Security projects
  • Strong experience in:
    • Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
    • Project Governance
    • Risk & Issue Management
    • Budget, Timeline, Scope, and Resource Management
  • Experience in at least one of the following capability domains:
    • Infrastructure
    • Information Security (InfoSec)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments while maintaining strict adherence to established processes, governance, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification
  • 8+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience
  • Experience delivering projects in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
