Senior Project Manager

Package Description

Senior Project Manager

Hybrid – UK based (Occasional travel required to Ashford/Kent)

Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

At CLEO Systems, we don’t just talk about making a difference — we build technology that directly improves patient outcomes across the UK.

As part of IC24, one of the UK’s leading not-for-profit healthcare providers, our work supports over 6 million patients. Every project we deliver plays a role in improving access to care and reducing pressure on NHS services.

We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager at CLEO Systems, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of projects, working with internal teams, NHS stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to work on projects that genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
