About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading global workplace design and delivery business on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out and workplace projects for prestigious clients across London.
Working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial workplace projects while acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover.
- Leading project teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
- Managing procurement, contract administration, and commercial performance.
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company standards.
- Managing stakeholder expectations through regular communication and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve project performance and client satisfaction.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience delivering commercial office fit-out and workplace projects.
- Proven experience managing projects valued from several million pounds upwards.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and contract management experience.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Experience working within a design-and-build environment.
