Senior Project Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a specialist nuclear engineering business based in Chorley. This role will lead the delivery of complex business transformation and improvement projects, ensuring successful outcomes across cost, quality, schedule and stakeholder expectations. Working within a highly regulated environment, you'll play a key role in driving organisational change and delivering measurable business benefits.
This position would suit a Project Manager with a strong background in business improvement, organisational change or transformation projects who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams. It will appeal to someone with experience in regulated industries, strong governance skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement across an organisation.

Key Responsibilities • Lead organisational transformation and business improvement projects from inception through to completion • Manage project governance, budgets, resources, risks and reporting in line with business and client requirements • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive change, manage expectations and ensure successful benefit realisation • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and delivery strategies using recognised project management methodologies • Coach and mentor project teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Ideal applicants will have experience in business improvement, organisational change management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Business Central or ERP/MRP systems would be advantageous.
In return you’ll receive a salary up to £72k, 185 hours annual leave (equivalent to 25 days), 5% employer pension contribution, MediCash Health Cash Plan, flexible working arrangements and a 4-day working week with Fridays off.
