The Projects
- You'd be stepping into a live and varied portfolio from day one:
- £38m new-build mixed-use scheme with public realm
- High-end residential and commercial scheme
- 180-bed student accommodation
- Grade II* listed retrofit for a high-net-worth private client
- Grade II listed estate conversion to events/hospitality use
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading projects from inception through to completion across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover
- Managing project briefs, budgets, programmes, and risk (full ownership)
- Leading procurement strategy including tender processes, contractor appointments, and contract negotiations
- Managing risk registers, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning across live projects
- Coordinating statutory approvals and compliance including building control, fire safety, and building regulations
- Coordinating professional teams including architects, engineers, cost consultants, and energy specialists
- Administering building contracts (JCT, NEC) including instructions, valuations, and practical completion
- Chairing client, design, and site meetings
- Managing and developing client relationships directly Business development is not a requirement of the role, but there is a genuine opportunity to get involved in winning new clients and building your own pipeline

Who This Is For?
- This role is suited to current Project Managers or Senior Project Managers looking to step up and take on more responsibility within a rapidly growing specialist PM business.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' project management experience in the built environment
- Degree in a relevant field - Maths, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or Built Environment discipline preferred
- Comfortable managing programmes, budgets, and risk independently
- Interest in retrofit, decarbonisation, and net-zero construction
- MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, or working towards chartership is desirable
