What you’ll do: You’ll take full ownership of delivering high-impact Salesforce programmes, ensuring exceptional outcomes for both clients and ThirdEye. Delivered complex Salesforce programmes involving integrations and data migration across the ETL lifecycle Proven experience delivering integrations, whether as part of a broader enterprise programme or leading standalone integration projects end-to-end. Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of the bigger picture Passionate about delivering real impact, not just ticking boxes Curious and forward-thinking, especially when it comes to AI and new ways of working Someone who enjoys contributing beyond delivery, including pre-sales and shaping how the business grows What you’ll get: The opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transformation programmes A collaborative, high-performing team environment that challenges and supports you Real ownership, real impact, and a real opportunity to grow Life at ThirdEye: At ThirdEye, we believe the best teams are built on diverse perspectives, curiosity, and a shared drive to improve. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
