Senior Telecom Infrastructure Project Manager
Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure projects (tower builds, upgrades, and energy solutions), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to close-out
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project execution
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality standards
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks proactively
- Report project progress to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of project management experience in telecoms or infrastructure

Technical & Operational Skills
- Strong knowledge of tower deployment and site rollout
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- Africa market experience (advantageous)
