Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple complex technology workstreams as part of a major, multi-year technology transformation programme.

You will initially focus on managing the technical upgrade of enterprise systems to ensure alignment with Experian Standards, supporting improved resilience, security, scalability, operational performance and future readiness across the technology estate.

A key part of the role will be supporting Identity and Fraud's on-premise infrastructure upgrade programme, ensuring critical infrastructure, platforms and associated services are modernised. You will also play an important role in enabling the continued expansion of the organisation's cloud migration programme, helping to create a more scalable, resilient and future-proof technology environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Help deliver Identity and Fraud's on-premise infrastructure upgrade roadmap.
  • Coordinate infrastructure, platform, application, cloud, security and operational teams
  • Ensurre on-premise infrastructure and enterprise systems are appropriately modernised and prepared for transition.
  • Maintain project plans, delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and governance reporting.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across technology, product, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, service management and business teams.

  • Provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
  • Identify delivery risks and blockers early, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans and escalation routes are in place.
  • Ensure change activity is delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality and governance standards.
  • Maintain strong project documentation, decision logs, RAID logs, delivery plans and audit trails.
  • Support transition into service, ensuring operational teams are prepared for new or upgraded systems and infrastructure.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency and continuous improvement across the programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
