Senior Project Manager (M3)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Mobility team on a permanent basis.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Act as a key representative of Mace, building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders while ensuring the highest standards of delivery.
- Taking ownership of projects from early concept and brief through design development, planning, procurement, and construction - driving progress in line with programme milestones and delivery objectives.
- Working closely with the Associate Director and senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing key deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Champion robust governance and quality systems, supporting our commitment to service excellence.

You’ll Need To Have
- You will bring a strong track record in infrastructure project delivery, combined with a collaborative, client-focused approach and the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional accreditation (or demonstrable progression towards this).
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, particularly during the delivery phase.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive value.
- Experience leading workstreams within large, multidisciplinary project teams.
- A track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
- NEC4 accreditation, with practical experience of applying NEC contracts.
- This role is hybrid with a requirement to travel on an Ad-hoc basis.
