Reds10 is on the lookout for a driven client-facing Senior Project Manager to take the lead on delivering high-impact Education projects.
This is a key leadership role that involves managing multiple projects, overseeing delivery through both preconstruction and construction. We're looking for someone who brings a proactive mindset, a strong track record of collaboration and leadership, and ideally holds membership of a professional body. Skills and experience
- Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale, high-profile construction projects with complexity and ambition.
- Inspiring leader and confident communicator, skilled at guiding and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- In-depth expertise in risk management, opportunity identification, and effective change control.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and a passion for modern methods of construction and innovation (desirable).
- Deep commitment to health, safety, and sustainability at every stage of project delivery.
- Well-versed in all phases of the project lifecycle, with hands-on experience in both preconstruction and construction delivery.
- Degree in Project/Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrable experience in project management throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Membership of (or working towards) a professional body, e.g. CIOB, RICS. (Desirable)
