ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a growing experiential agency, delivering unforgettable brand experiences and live events for an exciting portfolio of global clients.
About the role...
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the planning and delivery of brand experiences and live events, managing projects from initial brief through to on site execution. Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you'll oversee timelines, budgets, logistics and venue sourcing, ensuring every project is delivered seamlessly. You'll also build strong client relationships, identify opportunities to grow accounts and travel globally to support event delivery when required.

What you'll be doing...
- Managing end-to-end brand experience and live event projects.
- Building and developing key client relationships.
- Overseeing project plans, budgets, timelines and logistics.
- Sourcing venues and managing suppliers.
- Attending events to ensure successful delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

About you...
- Agency experience delivering events, brand experiences or activations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex events from start to finish.
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working across a variety of projects and demands.
- Happy to travel internationally when required.
