Senior Project Manager
Edinburgh – Hybrid Working
Salary: c£70,000
We’re working with a growing technology consultancy that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its delivery function at an exciting stage of growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex client engagements, working closely with technical teams, and bringing structure, pace, and confidence to software delivery projects.
The role
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from early client engagement and scope definition through to successful delivery and closure.
- Lead software delivery projects using agile principles.
- Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and expectations are clearly understood.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across varied customer environments.
- Produce project plans, progress reports, requirements documentation, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery and ongoing engagement.
- Help mature and improve delivery ways of working, sharing best practice and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for
- A strong Senior Project Manager with experience delivering software development projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Confidence managing complex customer and stakeholder relationships in a client-facing environment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or delivery workstreams.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to balance client needs, delivery priorities, budgets, and risks.
- Familiarity with public sector or education environments beneficial.
- Prior consultancy experience highly desirable.
- Exposure to Security or IAM projects is a plus.
